All content, code, and designs created by Asetons IT Services remain the property of Asetons IT Services until full payment is received. Upon full payment, ownership is transferred to the client unless otherwise agreed.

6. Confidentiality

We respect your confidential data and will not disclose project-related information to any third party without written consent, except as required by law.

7. Limitation of Liability

Asetons IT Services shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services, including but not limited to service downtime, loss of data, or business interruption.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate a project with written notice. In such cases, all work completed will be billed accordingly and payable immediately.

We reserve the right to change or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with the updated effective date.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of India.
